| George Karos is a musician, poet, and visual artist living in the Adams Morgan area of Washington, D.C., with strong family ties to West Virginia. As a columnist and poetry editor, he has presented poetry by new and experienced poets, and reviewed books of poetry, readings, performances, and poetry slams. He has a master's degree in performance arts/arts management from American University. Lines and phrases of his dynamic and direct poetry often reappear as lyrics in his pop rock vocals for the band, Mail Order Bride. |
